Ensemble OrQuesta Trustee Responsibilities

Ensemble OrQuesta, a dynamic and forward-thinking musical charity founded in 2013, is seeking a Trustee to join its board of directors, bringing experience in charity governance, compliance and fundraising and contributing to the Board’s expertise and passion for the arts to ensure the charity's continued success and growth.

As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and overseeing the operations of the organization, while also helping establish new audiences in London. For this reason, we are also actively seeking applicants with a strong network in the Arts in London and are willing to help influence, promote and/or support with outreach.

Ensemble OrQuesta aims to bring together talented young artists to deliver exceptional and musically authentic performances of baroque opera, showcasing both beloved classics and lesser-known masterpieces across Off West End theatres in London. Our charitable aim is to share our love of opera with as wide and diverse an audience as possible, through a range of outreach initiatives including interactive workshops and opera performance opportunities for children, young people and adults.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for the Arts: Deep appreciation for baroque opera and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting young artists and their talent.
